Thanks for putting this together - I get the feeling that Liz did a lot of the slog here! It's an interesting and quite powerful list of statements, very much a manifesto call for change.
Couple of points - it is rather 'unordered' as a list of beliefs at present - perhaps it would work better in sections devoted to various areas of concern (happiness, health and motivation seem like themes that return, for instance). A manifesto needs to say why something is undesirable and also why the alternative is desirable, and how to achieve the latter. (Goals and principles). NB: Principal is the head of a school, principles are rules/objectives! (I changed the spelling for you). Many thanks to those who took part. Hope you enjoyed the exercise. Katharine |
